About ABCUL

ABCUL is the voice of the credit union movement throughout Britain.  As the largest trade association for credit unions in Briitain it provides the key representative, development, information and training network for new and existing credit unions.

Our aim is to assist credit unions to be the first choice for affordable high quality and ethical financial services.

ABCUL is a democratic co-operative organisation owned by its member credit unions who between them already serve more than 300,000 credit union members in Britain. As a trade association ABCUL is constantly improving and supporting the day-to-day operations, legislative and regulatory compliance and general development of all credit unions.
